Safety & Support Measures by Earth Arc At Earth Arc, safety is the foundation of every program we conduct. All our instructors and volunteers undergo mandatory annual First Aid training, enabling them to confidently and efficiently respond to any emergency during our camps and expeditions. All destinations chosen by Earth Arc are well-connected, and we ensure the availability of a backup vehicle at strategic locations to support operational safety and emergency mobility. At select destinations, we also provide access to a doctor-on-call facility for immediate medical assistance when required. We firmly believe that safety goes beyond physical protection. Our team is trained to manage emotional well-being, mental comfort, and trauma support, ensuring that every participant feels secure and cared for throughout the journey. Technical adventure activities such as Rappelling, Rock Climbing, and Valley Crossing are carried out under the active supervision of certified mountaineers, each having completed at least the Basic Mountaineering Course from reputed mountaineering institutes. For all water-based activities like Rafting, participants are permitted only after wearing life jackets and helmets, and safety gear is compulsory at all times around water. In our Kids’ and Student Camps, we maintain a strict 10:1 participant-to-instructor ratio, ensuring personalized attention, greater supervision, and stronger participant engagement.
